Before Shipment: Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item according to our Return Policy once you receive it.
2. Refund Policy
Returns Accepted: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the products are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee may apply for certain items returned, which will be deducted from your refund. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Orders: Products that are customized or made to order cannot be returned or refunded.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for Different Sizes or Colors: We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
